Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries preferably unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for added sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon jelly your favorite flavor, warmed slightly if thick
  • 1/4 cup granola for crunch
  • 1 banana sliced banana for topping
  • extra additional toppings nuts, coconut, or fresh berries

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Wide bowl
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Place frozen berries, peanut butter, milk, and honey into the blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and vibrant in color, with a slightly icy texture.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a wide, shallow bowl, spreading it out with a spatula to create an even base. It should be creamy with bright berry swirls running through it.
  3. Warm the jelly slightly if it’s thick, then drizzle it artistically over the surface of the smoothie base to create marbled swirls and playful splashes of color.
  4. Top the bowl with sliced banana, granola, and any additional toppings you like—such as nuts, toasted coconut, or extra berries—for added texture and flavor.
  5. Serve immediately with a wide spoon, enjoying the cool, chewy, crunchy, and gooey textures all in one joyful bite.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, try adding a splash of vanilla extract to the base before blending. Customize toppings to suit your mood—nuts for crunch, coconut for sweetness, or fresh berries for freshness.
